HOW TO USE
Theres no need to be a chef in the kichen, no bledding, chopping or measuring. We have cut out the prep. So you can just get on with cooking. Just a delicious jollof sauce thats simple to use.

HEAT
Heat (50ml to 65ml) of oil in a pot.
-Dice half an onion and fry till translucent [This is a buildable sauce so you have the option to add some tomato purée if you
want your jollof rice to be rich in colour]
- If your adding tomato purée fry until it separates in the pot.

MEASURE
Measure your rice about 350g which works out to be 1 jar and half (using the Ennycooks jollof sauce jar.) Wash your rice until the water runs clear
- Lower the heat for your sauce (lowest setting) add your rice, stir very well together and cover with tin foil and place lid on top.
- Check at intervals of 7-10min (cooking time approximatly 30 mins)

POUR
Pour your Ennycooks jollof sauce into the pot. Using the Enny Cooks jar, pour 2 jars of water into your pot.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes and taste, you can add additional seasoning as you wish. It
is important to taste it so you can adjust it to your liking.
